1. NISM Certification
   You need to possess a valid certificate of clearing the NISM XXI-A: PMS Distributors examination.

2. APMI Registration
   You must register with the Association of Portfolio Managers in India (APMI) to obtain your APMI Registration Number (APRN).

3. Fill our Distributor Empanelment f0rm
   Once you hold the certification and the registration, submit your credentials via our secure portal to initiate the empanelment process.

Fee Sharing Model

We believe in an absolute alignment of interest through handsome rewards for great work. Both of us (you and Grey Sky Capital make more money when the client makes money.

We offer a Trailing Revenue Share on the management + performance fee received from the client. We front-load the rewards to respect the heavy lifting required to bring a new relationship onboard.

Note: Detailed commercial terms, payout schedules, and taxation clauses are legally binding and will be explicitly defined in the PMS Distributor Agreement you sign after approval.
